Yesterday, the founder and CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, released an update on Facebook about the latest developments, achievements and quarterly results of the Facebook Community, which consists of services such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and so on. The update shows a super-increased spike in the number of people who use the number one social network on a monthly basis, summing up to 1.65 Billion. WhatsApp, as well reached 1 Billion Monthly users with Messenger and Instagram reaching 900 Million and 400 Million monthly users respectively. These are some of the Noteworthy achievements as you can see in the image below.

Noteworthy developments include the launch of the Live Video feature worldwide, the connectivity of over 25 million people to the internet via Internet.org and also the Artificial Intelligence which is an initiative providing access to the blind and visually impaired. A visible and well-known feature/update which you've probably used at least once or have been using regularly is the newly introduced reaction buttons. Below is the direct message from Mark.

"Our community now has 1.65 billion people. In the last few months, we launched Reactions, rolled out Live video, built Messenger into a platform, shipped Oculus Rift and have now connected 25 million people to the internet. We've also worked day after day on lots of small improvements to make your experience better.

Today we also announced a proposed change to our company structure, which you can read more about in a note from me here: http://newsroom.fb.com/news/2016/04/marknote/

Thanks for being a part of this journey to connect the world."

There is no doubt that the Facebook Community is increasing amazingly everyday, and thanks to all of us who make use of one or more of their services. Personally, I really find Facebook to be the best service I've ever used on the Facebook Community. Left to you, which of the Facebook services do you like and use most?
